FIRE is an urban dance music event showcasing the biggest names and the finest up and coming talent in the scene. Hailing from Drum n Bass, Hip Hop, Breaks and all styles in between, both DJs and live artists, FIRE succeeds in combining these genres in a winning formula and continues to grow from strength to strength since its beginning in Spring 2005.
Based in High Wycombe, Bucks, FIRE is a unique event in the area and attracts a crowd from both the growing student population in Wycombe and the greater music-loving population throughout Bucks, Beds, Berks and Oxon. €œ

FIRE currently runs two monthly nights, both taking place in Bucks Chilterns University Union.
The first night takes place every third Thursday of the month from the 21st September 2006. These events focus on the fresh perspectives offered by the dance music scene€™s up and coming talent, from the Buckinghamshire area as well as UK wide. Featured artists appearing at upcoming events include Jordan V, Headcount (Live Hip Hop), Alex Pirez, MC Reemo, DJ Dymond.
The second night takes place every first Saturday of the month form the 7th October. These events will feature a high profile international drum n bass DJ/artist supported by the €˜best of the best€™ from the Thursday events. The 7th October event kicks things off with Grooverider and other artists to be confirmed include Ray Keith, Nicky Blackmarket and Simon Bassline Smith.
FIRE represents something that's been deeply lacking in Wycombe and the surrounding area, a night which exists for the love of the music and supports genres which move people regardless of industry status. Expect a rip-raw sound system doing justice to the best loved names within the scene and jaw dropping new talent. (Maria, EPOC).
