About Me

In one of our favourite fantasies, John Peel attends our first gig at the Boardwalk in Manchester (that bit's true) and, upon hearing our perfect blend of electronica, pop, indie and dance music, declares "Fuck me!" before inviting us all down to Peel Acres to meet the family.... "No, " says Uncle John, "It's just that your lyrics are too intelligent for the charts, your riffs are too catchy for the boffins, your beats are too dancy for the emos and your melodies are not repetitive enough for the club kids. Fuck me again! You're brilliant!" And with that he boards a plane to Peru and is never seen again. Mourning the loss of the Late Great, Bits respond by making several cups of tea and brewing up a new set of songs for the kids. Songs like Wimple and Falling and Middle Management. Speaking of management....er... anyone interested?
