Well hello there! Where should I start?! I'll try and keep this simple... I'm from a little village in Cheshire, England and have always loved and appreciated all styles and genres of music... even at the age of 2 (which was around the same time I began idolising the pop princess that is Kylie Minogue) I knew I wanted to be a singer... Singing and performing is something innate to me, sounds corny and cliché but it's true, I have the video footage to proove it!! I vividly remember performing my own rendition of Perhaps, Perhaps by Doris Day on a stool wearing my Mums 80's styled clip on earrings, bright red lipstick and over-sized heels at home in the living room... a sign of things to come!
Through my teens I won singing competitions, music festivals, talent shows, trained classically passing all the London Trinity Guildhall exam grades 1-8 and have also performed with a modern/contemporary dance company for 3 years. Highlights; headlined musical theatre aged 14 - Sleeping Beauty at The Lowry and also at Drury Lane in the West End, London. Cool gigs at Cafe De Paris, London, Aqua Lounge, LA - Radio and live TV performances (ITV1, LivingTV, This Morning, Channel M, BBC GMR, KEY 103, RADIO 1, ROCK FM and other local stations) - I've even been on Stars In Their Eyes... (Matthew Kelly even brought me a birthday cake... my claim to fame!)
