I have been writing music and poetry since I was probably around 15. I started playing sax in the 5th grade and its my best instrument besides my voice. I also play guitar, bass, and keys. I have been singing since I was 12 and alot of people say I sound like a mix of musiq soulchild and prince. I find that flattering since prince is a major influence in my style. I used to do spoken word at the Ohm for around 3 years thursdays and wednesday nights at luv jonz. I hope to show people what I am about and hopefully provoke some change in the game. Hip hop is changing in a negative way and people need to realize its up to us as fans to create a new change, one we all can love. Stop the hate!!
I am a movie fanatic! If blockbuster ever had a renter of the year it would be me! hahaha... I am first and foremost an artist, and watching movies keeps me up to date on how the nations views stand. While at the same time giving me marketing ideas that I may implement into my music careeer. Im not concerned with political, but life views, like obviously sex, drugs, and rock and roll. But also views from education, freedom of speech, and censorship, things relevent to being an artist today. So all i can say about movies is if its out ive probably seen it!
Currently Ive been studying two different series'. Family Business on showtime, and Pornocopia on HBO. I am very interested in how the world is gradually accepting porn in the household. Another "taboo" that I think needs to change. People need to realize how beautiful the human body is and that sex isnt dirty,(well traditionally, hahaha), but is a natural beautiful and incredible sensation. And of course I watch for the girls but Im much more than just wanting a ghetto booty that can clap! I also watch these programs for more marketing ideas too. Im always thinking on how to sustain a lasting career if my album does well and I see no better way than using entertainment media. But just so you know my favorite series on tv isnt about porn. My favorite show is Def Poetry. And I wish Russell Simmons would bring Def Comedy Jam back too! Damn I miss that show!
Im really into self discovery and keeping an open mind. Ive read many books on religions of the world, philosophers past and present, and a variety of "self help" books. Ranging from past life to future prophecy. I believe an educated mind can be a powerful tool, but I always keep my "hip hop" style!

Bill Gates for having more money than generations of families have seen. Jk... And probably my parents for instilling good morals and values into me as a child especially my father who raised me to be a gentleman. Chivalry isnt completly dead ladies, you just gotta know where to look!
