Sonic Edge Band *NEW CONCERT VID*

The Sonic Edge Band is an extension of Sonic Edge Ministries, committed to presenting Worship of the Lord on a platform that is visually, radically different.
Our aim is to lead today's "sight and sound", "Arty" or "MTV" generation into the presence of the Lord and set the focus on Jesus. Born out of a need for a platform that the un-churched and seeker-friendly may come to and meet with the Living God, the Sonic Edge Band seeks to personify Sonic Edge Ministries' motto: "Same Message, Different Language", by presenting original worship music in a musical style more acceptable to a different type of crowd.
The Sonic Edge Band has an EP and a full-length release under their belt, and is looking forward to releasing another full-length album in 2007. The Sonic Edge Band has a regular tour schedule in Singapore, playing to churches, schools and Christian music festival, and has been blessed with the opportunity to play in places like Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Bangkok and Chiang Mai (Thailand), as well as various cities in Australia.

The Song That I Sing - Our second full-length album.
The Song That I Sing is the long-awaited follow-up release to the Sonic Edge Band’s 2003 debut full-length album, Grateful. Having just been officially released, The Song That I Sing is already on Integrity Asia's list of best-selling albums , and the songs and stories behind the music have touched and ministered to countless believers in Singapore and beyond.
This album represents the culmination of 3 years of musical and spiritual growth and journeying with God, and it sees the band at the next level of its development as a team of worshippers seeking to express authentic and heartfelt musical worship in a cutting-edge style.

The Song That I Sing is really a call to worship for today’s generation. Psalm 40:1-3 tells us that through the redemptive work God has done in our lives, expressed and celebrated in a “new song” to God, this generation will put their trust in the Lord! We truly believe that many young people will come to know Jesus through our collective worship to Him. As the title track of the album puts it:

Put a new song in my heart, sing a new song for my King. You are the Song that I sing!

Indeed, Jesus is the Song that we sing. And this encapsulates the heart of the Sonic Edge Band - to sing unto the Lord the new songs He puts in our hearts, now and always.
