.. “Brothers, Sisters, we are The SU – PPO – SI – TORZ!†This is the phrase that kicks off the albums, as well as the concerts of The Suppositorz, an almighty combo of garage rock from Moulins, Allier. Of course, the term “ Almighty,†is fully deserved, as after a more a less prolonged listen of their music, absolutely wild, the rock amateurs try harder and harder to get their “evil scream†across. “Shit, The Suppos are just awesome!†The phrase of course seeming to good to be true, however that’s exactly what it is. Why not ask the renowned Lords or Altamont, or the frightful Defectors, if the four “frenchies†did a good job opening for them in the past. I’m almost certain they would reply something along the lines of, playing in a room, in front of a crowd so pumped up from the insane Suppositorz , was ideal for us to just get on stage, and rock out. The Lords of Altamont, bloody animals on stage, even asked them to play two more gigs with them, something that won’t be forgotten by, Steve Andro, (a singer with a voice so deep, following in the footsteps of his hero Iggy Pop, and playing guitar as simply as possible,)Mr Subitoman, (a restless drummer) Mado Machoman, (a bassist as huge as his sound) and Organ Orgasm Micho, ( a farfiza playing, tambourine shaking madman.)
September 2006 was when The Suppositorz released their 2nd album, tittled “And the Denim Back Again,†shortly followed by “In Denim We Trust.†And you’ll have to wait until September 2007 to get your hands on their next album. Of course, there are three important factors when it comes to making a good garage album, make it fast, loud, and no bullshit. All the music they love comes from here, it comes from garage rock ! The fans must be jumping at the thought of hearing the new songs from their favourite garage band, and the thought of seeing them on the road must have them hot under the collar. They’ve already played anywhere from their home town Moulins, all the way to Pragues, stopping off via such cities as Clermont Ferrand, Lyon, Marseille, Dijon, the capital Paris, etc… So don’t be worried , because there will be plenty of time for you to hear for yourselves, the infamous phrase, « Brothers, Sisters, We are THE SU - PPO - SI – TORZ

« Brothers, sisters, we are The Su – ppo – si – torz ! » Telle est la phrase qui donne le coup d’envoi des albums et des concerts des Suppositorz, un furieux combo de rock garage from Moulins, Allier. Le terme « furieux » est tout à fait approprié, car après l’écoute plus ou moins prolongée de leur musique – carrément sauvage –, les amateurs de rock poussent immanquablement ce cri du coeur : « Putain, les Suppo ça troue le cul ! » La formule parait peut-être trop facile pour être vraie, mais c’est pourtant bel et bien la vérité, demandez donc aux surpuissants Lords Of Altamont et aux terrifiants Defectors si les petits frenchies ont démérité quand ils ont joué avant eux, en première partie… Ils vous répondront sans aucun doute que la préchauffe hystérique de la salle par les Suppo a permis de placer la tête d’affiche sur une rampe de lancement idéale. Les Lords of Altamont – véritable machine de guerre scénique – ont même prolongé le plaisir pour deux dates supplémentaires ; un signe qui ne trompe pas sur les qualités de Steve Andro (chant caverneux façon Iggy Pop, guitare parfaitement basique), Mr Subitoman (batterie secouée), Mado Machoman (basse bien charpentée) et Organ Orgasm Micho (Farfisa martelé et tambourin nonchalant)…Côté disques, les Suppositorz ont fait paraître en septembre 2006 …And the denim back again, un excellent disque enregistré, comme le précédant, In denim we trust, et le suivant (attendu pour septembre 2007), en respectant les préceptes immuables du rock garage : vite, fort et sans fioritures. Neuf titres ultra marquants et sexy qui permettent aux quatre garçons dans la tourmente rock ‘n roll d’évoluer dans un registre fréquenté également par The Stooges, Radio Birdman, Turbonegro, The Fuzztones et The Ramones… Toute la musique qu’ils aiment, elle vient de là , elle vient du rock garage ! C’est clair. Leur envie d’en découdre les instruments en main avec cette musique diabolique n’étant pas près de s’envoler, les « Four Denim Boys From Moulins » finalisent actuellement un troisième opus qui devrait comporter son lot de tubes imparablement garage. Comme ceux déjà composés : I play in a denim band, Let’s rock, Cum on, Creeper twist... Les nouveaux titres devraient faire grand bruit à leur sortie ; le public rassemblé à force de concerts incessants (de Moulins à Prague, en passant par Clermont-Fd, Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Dijon… ) et les professionnels de la profession commençant à prononcer souvent le nom du groupe quand il s’agit de parler de french rock authentiquement percutant. Vous n’avez donc sûrement pas fini d’entendre cette fameuse phrase : « Brothers, sisters, we are The Su – ppo – si – torz ! »
