This site's purpose is to bring funny, interesting and cool stuff to your attention. This is an upgrade to an E-mail group list that I did years back.

Some of these will have, shall we say, "colorful metaphors" in them. This will be PG-13 in nature, unless stating otherwise.

Although Metal is my primary musical interest, I am a fan of most types. I have a hard time with Rap, unless it has the right music set to it. Oddly enough, ICP has a cool sound to them, thanks to the music they use with their work. I am NOT a fan of the "hip-hop" type. To me, it all sounds the same. That's just me, I guess...

Movies:

Anything SCI-FI related. For a while it was all the STAR TREK series; old, TNG, DS9 and VOY – Yes, even "ENTERPRISE". Nowadays, it's anything Sci-Fi related; esp. the "out in space" type.

You know, if STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE started like this, it would have caught my attention! This a fan-based "intro" to ST:E, using the music from STARGATE ATLANTIS:

STAR TREK: DARK MIRROR by Diane Duane.

Any book by Keith R.A. DeCandido; esp. the "IKS Gorkon" series.

FIRESTARTER by Stephen King. (This one was more Sci-Fi than horror.)

Heroes:

All of those, past and present, in the Armed Forces. (Big fan of the Navy and Air Force. They get all the cool "toys"). Although I never served, I respect and admire those who have (and had).
