i'm a visionary, i'm searching for the perfect soundtrack of my life and i still have a long way to go. i'm a dreamer, i'd like to see peace in this fucked up world. i love music, i live music, i collect music, i listen to music and music is a universal message that can heal millions of people, let's use it. i've met many people, i don't have many friends, i'm passionate and sincere. i'm italian and i moved to new york in 1994 working for the then newborn right tempo records, then i moved in with flying records/irma records and after that i opened the offices of irma usa. i managed the usa operations of the label until the end of 2004 when we decided to close the operations. during that time i signed various artists for the label including jaymz nylon, zeb, stockholm cyclo, orange factory, scott jacoby and many more; selected various compilations like the best selling "sister bossa", "acid jazz on the rocks", "jazz house independent" and "afrodesia" series, plus others; licensed a great deal of music for top tv shows like "sex & the city", "felicity", "fashion tv", and for various movies as well.i've also spun some records in some of the best clubs of this city from centro fly to bed to the frying pan to double happiness to leopard lounge to the shelter to many other great venues around the world like club yellow in tokyo, o/d in fukuoka, club jam in okayama, club dawn in osaka; cox 18, plastic, capolinea (the greatest jazz club in italy) and more in milano; martinez hotel in cannes france.i still in the music orbit being a music consultant 360 degrees: working for MTV, corporate accounts, indie labels and more . last but not least i still spinning some tunes here and there in the city; you can catch me at nublu, stanton social, pravda and other venues plus private corporate parties. music consultant and dj for the like of h&m for various seasons working closely with photographer hellen von unwert, and also for the party/photoshooting of roberto cavalli/h&m fall 2007 collection with photographer terry richardson. dj at the 25th anniversary party for umbra at icff in new york; dj for design withing reach at icff in new york for various years; dj for mtv 2000 vmas aftershow at centro fly in the vip room (mark ronson in the main room). i've been lucky to work/play with some of the most talented musicians out there like fabio morgera, bill ware, jukka eskola, teppo "teddy rok" makkynen, jonathan maron, tommaso cappellato, genji siraisi, butch morris, marc ribot, marco cappelli, leo tardin, chauncey yearwood, hird, jay rodrigues, brian cox and many more.
