My name is Andy and I am a musician based in Phoenix, AZ. I am primarily a bass player and I also sing and play guitar. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and I got my professional start in the music industry there at the age of 16 when I formed the hard rock band Holy Soldier. The band was together for over 13 years and we had a really nice ride releasing a number of Billboard charting best selling albums on A&M Records, Word Records and EMI Records. We also collected a lot of awards from various facets of the music industry and toured & performed around the world over 10 years.
In 1998, Holy Soldier eventually disbanded and I started working as a session bassist performing in projects with musicians from bands like Tesla, Alice Cooper, Trixter, Vengeance Rising, Die Happy, Dead Artist Syndrome, Bangalore Choir, Accept Lita Ford, Brandon Reid, Pat Boone and others. I have also owned my own indie record label, my own publishing company and I have co-produced a few projects.
Today I am a session player working with Garnoe Production Services which is resource center for musicians, record labels, manager, agents, etc who are looking for complete in-house production, media, session players & marketing. Garnoe has built up years of experience in many fields of the music production and creative media and the touring music business. Garnoe's services include musicians, corporate image (web design, flash programming, etc), front house & monitor sound, live musical direction, light and visual design, stage set up, merchandising (design, and order) transportation, shipping and creative marketing. Garnoe can cover your every need in house with total control from start to finish.
I am also working with some great tribute shows here in Phoenix IN THE FLESH - TRIBUTE TO PINK FLOYD and THE SIR ELTON JOHN TRIBUTE SHOW (see the Youtube video below). In addition to my work with these exciting tribute shows, I occassionally perform corporate gigs with a classic rock cover band.

Another Brick in the Wall Pt 2

In this tribute project I play bass, guitar and sing. We have been performing throughout Arizona since early 2007. Roger Waters has always been a big influence on playing, singing and songwriting. (See In the Flesh - Tribute to Pink Floyd in my top friends list).
I like to compose music and I collaborate with other writers and artists. I am working on releasing my first solo record later this year and I do plan to tour some in support of it. I also continue to make myself available as a session bassist. I am available worldwide for live performances, sessions and studio work. Outside of music, I am married to a beautiful Brazilian woman named Marta. We love traveling. We like a lot of outdoor destinations like Rio de Janeiro, The Amazon, Fernando de Noronha in Brazil, The Sahara Desert in Morocco, Venice, The Amalfi Coast and Cinque Terre in Italy and places like that. We also like photography and we love World Cup soccer (esp. Brazil’s Selecao Nacional!). In my spare time I enjoy reading, a good game of chess, a fine cigar and a glass of really good red wine.
