The intimate End of the Road festival caters for about 5,000 people, and our 3rd year takes place between the 12-14th September 2008.
The Larmer Tree Gardens is about 2.5-3 hours drive from London, and falls on the border between North Dorset and Wiltshire, fairly close to Stonehenge. It's a beautiful venue with peacocks and huge parrots roaming / flying around freely both inside the gardens and in the field.
This is the kind of festival where the entire line-up is the headliner in itself!
There will be a stage inside the Gardens and a Big Top in the field, and after the live music finishes - there will be DJs in the Big Top til late.An Open Mic stage welcomes anyone to sign up on the day to play a short slot, read poetry or even do some yodelling, including festival goers - like an ongoing jam session. In the late afternoon / evening we will have scheduled bands on this lovely stage.
