Well, who am I? I ask myself that every morning coz I usually struggle with the basics first thing! I'm a freelance/session bass guitarist/double bass player. Most of my time is taken up with playing with various bands and artists but when I'm not, you'll probably find me stuck in a studio somewhere recording or rehearsing, either that or I'm at someone else's gig watching them do all the hard work!------------------------------------------------------ Check out: WATERHORSE, THE FUNKSKATEERS AND GROOVIN HIGH (FORMALLY THE INTERNATIONAL GROOVE QUARTET) and you can hear a couple of my own bands I do between sessions, dep work and function band work. I've been fortunate enough to work along side some of the U.K's finest session musicians on a regular basis including the amazing Sam Kelly (U.K #1 blues drummer for years!), the awesome Steve Washington (the man has drummed with too many big names to list), Paul Jobson (one of, if not the finest young keyboard/piano talents you will see)...... and so on..... some of the players I work with featured as 'house band' for the recent BBC 4 series 'Soul Britania'.------------------------------------ I'm always on the quest for new musical challenges whatever it may be! Anything from heavy metal to jazz, pop, soul, funk...... you name it. I'M AVAILABLE FOR GIGS AND SESSIONS (RECORDING, LIVE PERFORMANCE T.V ETC), travelling is no problem as long as I have enough notice and good directions lol!!!!!!
