Hi, my name is Jerry. I'm a full-bread, 7 year-old Shetland Sheepdog who loves to bark......... alot. I will probably bark at anything, even if it does not normally reqiure to be barked at, I will probably bark at it anyway. I'm full of energy and like to run around all the time. Since the fine city of Rockford usually cannot suffice my need to use that energy, I take frequent trips to Grandpa's farm in Wisconsin, with my buddies, Buddy and Scampy. Like many shelties, I was born with natural herding instincts, and I often try herding other animals besides sheep (mostly cats) since there really arn't too many sheep walking around the city. As far as enemies go, I really don't get along well with any delivery guys(or girls), particularly the Schwanns Delivery people. I dunno, it's something about those uniforms that is suspicious. I even bit one of them while I was in Wisconsin. (Trust me, he had it comming) I also don't like little kids. They scare me. Something about how everything they do is smaller and cuter. I don't trust them. Plus they smell really bad. I also don't get along with really noisey things, like the vegetable chopper, and the coffee grinder. I mean, who honestly has the time to grind coffee anymore? Leave that to the Starbucks people. But all that aside, I'm actually a very friendly dog, who gets along well with most people, and have a strong need to please my owners. Actually, I have those people pretty well-trained myself. Not to brag or anything, but I'm an especially smart and gifted dog. I have a degree in herding from Princeton and I worked as a Chemical Weapons inspector for the United Nations. And no, I don't know where the weapons of mass-destruction are, but I'm betting there in France somewhere. Currently, I reside in Rockford with my family.
