About Me

..
^..^
My NUMBER 1 Value.... TIME.
My Approach to Life:: DETERMINATION.
I am currently a 3rd year university student earning a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I enjoy my education and research and believe that we should never stop learning. I'm extremely passionate about writing. The horror/suspense genre being my favorite, I have a novel in progress. Being a developing writer, I have not yet ventured into the submission process. I believe I have a lot of learning to do and can be an excellent student of creativity when inspired. In addition to the spooky tale, I enjoy writing children's stories and mainstream, even writing a lyric or two every now and then.
I look forward to meeting other writers, as well as those who have a passion for reading. I strongly recommend you rediscover the joy of reading if it's been a long time since you have taken such precious time for yourself. Endulge in the personal human experience of your favorite kind of literature. Find a change of pace, a new world, from an entirely new perspective. Scare yourself silly, or simply relax with inspiration and maybe read about the craft of writing. It does wonders for the adventurous spirit, just DYING to get out.
On a side note:
Here's a question for you if you'd care to comment, for my own curiousity... "When reading a terrifying tale, what kind of situation, repeatedly, shakes the marrow from your bones?"
If you're difficult to scare, then reading a story is your avenue. Nothing scares like a short story or novel. Films often limit our imaginations where the written tale exceeds expectation. Prepare to marvel at the extraordinary. Start reading again.

My Interests

My sweety, and among other things, Dodge Trucks and Chevy Muscle, Mud Bogs, Drag Races, the moon and falling stars, writing horrific adventure and suspense, fishing, camping, concerts, LOUD music, Tailgate Parties, BBQ's, and 4x4 mud-creating CHAOS, tearing through like a bat outa hell!

It works for me...

I'd like to meet:

Others who have a mischievous, undying passion for writing and reading and living loud.
And especially, those who define themselves as different.

My motto has always been, to be...

The Life I Love...

Create Your Own!

Music:

Rock and Country
From Hank to Mudvayne...
I love it all

Movies:

LOVE the spooky stuff best...

SAW II
Hellraiser III
13 Ghosts
The Hills Have Eyes

Eight Below
Overboard
Can't Buy Me Love

Knight's Tale
Man In The Iron Mask
Set It Off

Television:

Not really a TV kind of girl... but I crave the chance to sit for a spell to shiver in terror with an outstanding horror film.

Books:

by John Passarella

...The house was growing. Eight-year-old Abby MacNeil heard it at night--the low groan of the walls, the floorboards creaking, the radiator pipes letting out long and shuddering sighs....

~Horror/Supernatural

This is top-notch talent.
It is one of the best stories I have ever read. I forced my eyes to stay open to finish it... you will too.

Heroes:

TEACHERS, from the professional to the "common human being" you'd least suspect.
A few heroes in my life... my parents who demonstrated morals and showed me the world, and my grandmother. I genuinely feel she was a healer.

I see heroes all around me through inspiring and encouraging people, and those who never give up, determined to reach their goals.

Leaving - Hibernating

I am just not writing for personal fulfillment as much as I would like. My university studies have taken a front seat. I will be hibernating for a long while, as my writing aspirations will remain unc...

My Horrific Inspiration

My true love of real horror began when I was nine... Sitting in the back seat of my parents' car, it was assumed that I was sleeping. My mother was a horror fanatic, her bookshelves fil...
