My loving TV.....NHK-japan BroadcastingAs I watched Tiger Woods coast to victory in the final round of the US Open, it dawned on me how much I love my television set. It's a nine-year-old Toshiba, manufactured in September 1993, and it still does exactly what I originally purchased it to do: bring me all of my favorite shows, from Astro , TV3 , TV2 Channel -9 ,& NTV7 Your Feel Good Channel . The only time I ever think about the box itself, or the underlying technology, is when there's a storm and the cable goes out. Otherwise, I'm oblivious to it all. I can't imagine a day when it won't fulfill my needs, except for perhaps the day it dies, and I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. About the prog. there are so many entertain that i love to watch, sport exactly yeah glof, hockey, basketball, rugby and ironmen. Cartoons.....um.. Dexter Laband The Mask. Friends, Angles, The lost city of the world, tarzan, Robin Hood, Beastmasterand survaivor is the most story that i'll never missed.
what book are you reading?I love books. A three word sentence that says so much....There are wonderful stories out there just waiting to be explored. Movies are ok, but books....aaah, now there is REAL pleasure! Write me and tell me which books YOU love--and why they touched your heart. I'm always looking for something to read! BUT there are too much books that i've been read like...TARA ROAD (by Maeve Binchy) is a book that Oprah and I finally agree on! The story has so many subplots and subtle nuances....and is set both in Ireland and America. Two troubled women come to terms with death and divorce and learn that they do have inner strength. THE PROMISE (by Danielle Steel) is not your typical love story. A woman and man are about to be married and she is disfigured in an accident. She makes a deal with her fiance's mother that she will leave him and never look for him in exchange for plastic surgery. She fully believes he will keep his promise to find her and never let her go. A very sweet story and not the usual fare. SUNSHINE (by Norma Klein) is the story of a young mother who has cancer. She writes letters to her baby so that she will be remembered. *Tissue alert* This book helped motivate me to write in a journal for my son. And when we have more children, I will create journals for them, too. CHARLIE'S MONUMENT (by Blaine M Yorgason) is the story of a little boy with physical handicaps who learned that the only true handicap is a life without God. This is one of the most inspirational stories I have ever read...and reminded me that our struggles can be stepping stones towards a bright future and not just stumbling blocks along the path.1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8: ) ^$^^O^; )
Whos your HERO?There are quite a few people who I feel had a dramatic influence on my path to a better life. Each at a different time ?and for a different reason. Some may have known that they were a positive influence for me, cared, and made an effort to help ?while for other heroes I just silently observe what it was they did. BUT now....i relize M y H e r o e s Dude! It's my main man Hitler! Hitler Historical Museum I don't care what you think about this guy personally, he was a true ladies man! He was nice enough to kill his wife before he killed himself. That's so his style, always putting family first. A true gentleman. So how bout YOU
