Before we hit the stages of the British Empire for some 08 gigs, we're spending some time remixing for our favourite bands. We're about to start work on tracks for Delta Fiasco, Dragonette and The Whip. Stay tuned.
We are Lamorna //
We are Lamorna. We make music with synthesizers, guitars and human brains. We sing songs about decadence, girls who fuck us, travel, spirit, muscle cars, girls who don't fuck us and being very sleepy.
Core //
Lamorna is a 2 piece band from Nottingham ( Ross ) and Bristol ( Ali ), with a core of disco-electro but fuelled by more traditional genres like blues, psychedelic rock, and outlaw country.
Until August of this year, the band were playing under the name of Jetstream Lovers, but scrapped that and started again because of the change in direction.
They are currently unsigned, and have no CD releases, but a wealth of raw material that’ll be hammered into shape for a debut later this year.

Ross Tregenza – the founder of the band, Ross is a veteran with a musical career full of rollercoaster curves. His band involvements so far include Sneaky Bat Machine, Narcisuss Pool, Goteki, 8 Bit Barbarella, Panzer AG, Visage ( yep, that Visage ), Vi Rez, Jetstream Lovers and now Lamorna. He works for the videogame company free radical design, as a sound designer. In Lamorna, he writes the studio material, sings and plays synths and guitars. Busy bee.
Alastair Power – The hard drinking, dry witted London Irish stereotype has toured with Ross through three bands and withstood more gig-based trauma than anybody should have to endure, but still manages to hit the right notes after countless cheeky shots and ill advised pints.
