A ridiculous, hit-and-miss club night that got lucky a few times. A bunch of people who bring together some of the most creative, disgusting, strange, normal, geeky or cool people all at the same time.It's NOT about the haircut. It's about the music AND the spectacle.

I'd like to meet:

Liars Club is now in it's 5th year mostly running events in Nottingham. Starting out as a monthly club night at The Social, then twice monthly, then weekly Tuesdays (which were a bit crap!) before finally moving to our raddest setup - weekly Saturdays at Stealth as part of the mammoth Stealth vs. Rescued complex.

Since moving there in June 2006 we have had performances from The Presets, CSS, Dandi Wind, Kap Bambino, These New Puritans, Justice, Duke Dumont, DJ Mehdi, Peter Bjorn & John, Holy Hail, The Wombats, Foals, Hadouken!, Yuksek, The Teenagers, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Punks Jump Up, Lo Fi Fnk, Tronik Youth, Krazy Baldhead, Tapedeck, Metal On Metal and LOADS more... not to mention Chromeo, Klaxons, Bonde Do Role, MSTRKRFT, Simian Mobile Disco, Erol Alkan, Radio 4 and all the others as part of Liars Club at DOT TO DOT!

We are happy to hear from new acts and DJs but please take one second to see what sort of music we put on. Oh, and if you sound like The Twang, let me just say... we didn't book them.
