"We're All Angels" is the amazing story of rising stars Jason and deMarco, two attractive pop stars - both Christian and gay - and lovers.
The pair write and sing about their love for Jesus. They record in their Texas studio and perform concerts all over the country, from churches and schools to dance clubs and pride events. With their new album they are on the verge of crossing over into mainstream pop. But in the world of evangelical Christianity, their very existence is a source of controversy.
At once a love story, a tale of religious struggle and a musical journey, "We're All Angels" will take an in-depth look at Jason and deMarco -- at their music and their lives, at home, in the studio, on stage and on the road. We'll learn of the joys and struggles of growing up, coming out, falling in love and living and working together. Their story lies on the frontlines of the war between spirituality and sexuality, it celebrates the power of music, the bonds of community, the liberation of self-acceptance, and taboo of homosexual love.
"We're All Angels" is a love story. But is it a love that can survive in the pressure-cooker world of pop music, the grind of life on the road and the scrutiny of a world hostile against their lives and their love?
