I started performing music at the age of 14 in Etobicoke - and since then I've been fortunate enough to perform across Ontario, Manitoba, Quebec and in Nashville, Tennessee. I have also earned three CCMA (Canadian Country Music Awards) Top-Ten Nominations for Keyboard player of the year (2004, 2005, 2006). In 2007, I was nominated for an Ontario Independant Music Award for Best Country Artist.Originally starting out in a hard rock band “First & Last”, I toured off and on from 1988 to 1994 in support of the band’s 2 albums. I returned home in 1995 ready to start work on my first solo album, “Ice Cream and Guns.” The album was the result of over 10 years on the road and was a mix of country-rock-folk and blues, something I like to call “Canadiana”. The title track was co-written by myself with Juno-Award winner Naiose Sheridan (Jimmy Rankin, Kenny Chesney) and CCMA-Nominee Peter Linseman (Donna Ferra, Kristal Barrett.) Right now, I'm writing new material for my second solo album, as well as getting a band together to hit the road to play my solo tunes again.
