We will Rise...

About Me

HEAR AND BUY THE ALBUM
"I have seen over fifteen thousand performers and Aliza Hava is in the top one percent." Brian Austin Whitney, Just Plain Folks
"So freakin' astonishing in every way...this chick is a powerhouse. She's what you'd call a sister, like Ani DiFranco or Julia Butterfly Hill." The Chronogram
"Spiritual, socially conscious folk and femme rock...RISE is a ferocious album with mainstream potential...along the lines of early Alanis Morissette." The Jerusalem Post
Aliza Hava is not your typical singer/songwriter. This fiery songstress understands and firmly believes in the power of music to inspire personal and global transformation. A breathtaking, explosive performer, her introspective, well-crafted lyrics explore the deepest levels of love, life, spirituality, and the importance of positive social change.
RISE, Hava’s indie full-length debut, was released on her own label, FireMusicFaerie Productions. With a blend of classic rock and folk influence, RISE is an artistic statement of conscience calling for an end to war, a growing awareness of our environmental responsibility, and recognition of the unity of humanity.
Tracks from RISE have been heard on XM Satellite Radio, WBAI Peace & Justice Radio, STAR 93.3 FM, Last FM and independent radio stations throughout the country and overseas, including All for Peace Radio in Israel/Palestine. Hava was a featured performer at The United Nations’ International Day of Peace, and has performed at social justice and peace events throughout the country and the Middle East, where her song RISE has been called an anthem for Israeli/Palestinian coexistence.
