i love music! any kind of music! i try to expose myself to as broad a variety of music as i possibly can. this includes classical, jazz, blues, african percussion, folk, traditional music from many countries, rock, goth, pop, punk, glam, and more of that, gregorian, opera.....simply said: any music. some of it i like, some i don't, but even what i don't like i try to respect and appreciate. and then there is some that i love... a few favourites worth mentioning... dead can dance (specially lisa gerard) / chopin / e.s.posthumus / the sound / david bowie / japan / delibes / roxy music / simple minds ...and then there's at least another 20 or 30 that should be listed in my top favourites list...
uhhh...orlando / the hunger / pi / cube / der himmel uber berlin / a whole lot more...i gotta think about this one
educational (the learning channel / discovery channel / history channel etc) any csi, law & order, cold case, without a trace etc. carnivale (hbo), bbc america (waking the dead, news, etc)
mostly non-fiction, reference, poetry and biographies. (specifically: art / occult / religion / shakespeare / byron / medieval / elizabeth I / language / anne rice / the classics / ...)
none in particular. everyone is a hero in his own right. some of us will do something heroic and never get the acknowledgement they deserve, some things may seems quite heroic to one and quite ordinary to another, some of us are still awaiting an opportunity to be a hero. for some of us just living our daily lives as best as we can seems to be a heroic feat. for me, my hero is the shoemaker that fixes my shoe at 5 minutes before closing, it is my friend who makes me smile when i am sad, the plumber who fixes a leak that threatened to turn my bathroom into a swimmingpool, it is the person who makes things possible and positive when i can not do it myself!
