Beam

MySpace Codes BEAM are a northwest based covers band (who were also performing some original tunes penned by Scott Thompson). The band met via a jam night which was at the time held at the albion in crewe (now called the office). Having gained a set of songs they were offered their first gig at a venue called "the bell vue". Under the name "the bell enders" they tore through their set and gained further bookings and haven’t looked back since. Although Scott has now moved on to pastures new, the band still cover some of the artists stated in influences and are currently working on new material to add to their set. We are currently working with Chloe, a superb singer song writer, and are looking foward to future gigs playing some of her original material and , new covers as well as some of our usual material with her. Interesting times are ahead of us...... We have a new band name now and myspace site. SMART GIRL & THE TRAXX...Weve had a couple of gigs over the last few months, enjoyed them. Looking forward to the next few weeks ahead, working on new original traxx, and some fresh covers.
