The EVIL Art Director is the man you come to in Hollywood or Texas when you need scary, disgusting, unusual and creepy Art Direction, Set Design, Acting, original script's, Screenplays and old-school Horror style special FX! Whether it's Zombie infested towns, abandoned and haunted houses, cities and neighborhoods in destruction and morgues/mortuaries. The EVIL Art Director can do it all when it comes to Horror but he isnt limited to that genre. Hes Art Directed dramas that went through a ton of various household design, hometown and big city bars, doctors offices and massage parlors. Hes also handled the Production Design on thrillers based in abandoned towns, norse viking era period pieces, and various music videos shot on 16MM as well as 35MM that are in heavy rotation on MTV2 and VH1.The funnest and most challenging type of genre to work in is the Horror genre. There's nothing funner. Towns in destruction, bucket after bucket of blood, it's always just a blast. In addition to handling Production Design/Art Direction, The EVIL Art Director is an actor as well. He's had roles in almost every film hes worked on and most recently, landed the lead role of BeoWulf in the movie "Blade of the King". He's a versatile actor with long hair and a beard so he gets (and loves) roles like vikings, pirates, bikers, and the alltime favorite, the racist hillbilly badguy types.

Myspace EditorAbove are a few of the films I've worked on. Fun shit.
Any film-makers out there, or just film fans, or just people in general that are sick of generic stories, sick of over used hand held shaky cam, tired of actors being hired just because they are pretty and not because they are talented, and a cast/crew who are prepared to work the long hours and become friends. Those that are ready to work together instead of complaining and blaming everyone else for every problem. People that are willing to do whatever it takes to make a project happen, even if it means doing something that isn't necessarily in your job description or your department. Film-makers that aren't afraid to do what they want or have the balls to do something original! Any people at all that don't want to just sit around their entire lives doing nothing. People that want to go out and make good things happen for themselves. MAKE IT HAPPEN! ------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------DO NOT WANT TO MEET WITH: People that walk around looking down on everyone. Snobby actors that think they are better and more famous than they really are. I met plenty of those in L.A. and it's obvious all that negativity and egotism will hold them from ever making it. I can't stand NEGATIVE people. I love being around the type of people who are positive and are willing to do what it takes instead of saying it can't be done.© Hover Effects By ..
The EVIL Art Director has been a guitarist and songwriter for many many years now. He can play many styles and has a damn good singing voice. His personal favorite music to play is Heavy Metal. That style of music gives him the chance to really work hard and show what hes been practicing all these years.
RISEN is a great zombie film with alot of action that was filmed in March/April of 2005.Sets and locations included armies of the undead, cities in destruction, morgues, military quarantines, and suburban neighborhoods in ruin from a zombie apocalypse.“5†is a film about kicking some terrorist ass. The EVIL Art Director Art Directed the opening segment called "CAPTURED" which is about a photographer/journalist who went to Iraq to print “the truth†about whats going on. He is taken hostage so enter a group of five badass, military super experts to extract the photographer out of the anus of the world. It features explosions, tons of bullet squibs, warfare, decapitations, terrorist insurgents, war torn Irag buildings and streets with morter hits and explosions, lots of blood…yes, everything to make a killer action/war film."Blade of the King" is a concept trailer filmed in the very, very hot Summer in Austin TX in 2005. It's a big-screen adaptation of the famous BeoWulf poem. "Blade of the King" was filmed to show potential investors what the film-makers were capable of doing with little or no money in tough conditions. Everyone banded together in the heat to make a great trailer. In addition to being Production Designer of the film based in the norse viking area, The EVIL Art Director was also cast as the lead role of BeoWulf. He kept VERY busy handling both duties."Changing Spots" was a bit of a change of pace for Dave. He handled the film design in February 2006. "Changing Spots" is a great dramatic story about the life and romantic relationship of child actor Molly Brite. Molly's trying to recapture the fame she had as a child and is looking for the next big break in Hollywood. It isn't easy as Molly has to deal with Demons from her past in order to find happiness."Detention" is also a concept trailer filmed for investors to get a bigger budget for a feature. Everyone traveled to an actual abandoned high school in the desert town of Trona California. Its a very creepy and dark horror/thriller about a boy named Codi who never quite fit in. He slaughtered alot of his classmates one day, driven by an unknown evil force. Years later, hes back and so is the evil force to prey on a new set of kids who wandered into the school."How far would you go for one last fix?" TANK is total 70's style sexploitation, violence, sleaze, sex, post-apocalyptic, drug feuled, gritty mayhem! It was an official selection in the Robert Rodriguez Grindhouse Competition. The Art Direction included post-apocalyptic makeshift drug labs in ruins and in working order, 70's style sleazy hotel rooms, a Mad Scientist style torture lab/chamber, streets and homes in decay and destruction from the drug filled world of TANK!

The EVIL Art Director set up rows of cornstalk and an aged wooden fence that ran along 50 feet of dolly track. He, and his crew, carved hundreds of jack-o-lanterns. Every single word to the lyrics of the song were carved on a seperate pumpkin. The video was shot in 35MM.
