About Me

I was born in the 6th century B.C.E. in the beautiful city of Ephesus, not far from Miletus, whom some call the birthplace of philosophy. Now I live here (well, used to):
  • Heraclitus Sayz (the Return of the Lo-Fi)
  • My Interests

beautiful, intellectual American girls (the Greeks are now so out of touch), oh, and of course,

  • Heraclitus Sayz
  • I'd like to meet:

Down heathens and hipsters! All you primoridal thinkerz, an indie-rock webzine exists called Heraclitus Sayz (the Return of the Lo-Fi) which is quickly becoming your source for all your indie lo-fi newz, reviewz, and interviewz. Yet make no mistake: our arrival is unlike all the other insipid zines out there who lack mind and soul. We're setting the scene on fire for fire does not destroy, it makes way, a path, a clearing (Lichtung).

  • Heraclitus Sayz (the Return of the Lo-Fi)
  • HSAYZ is D.E.A.D

    Music:

I personally don't listen to music much, but when I do it's primarily under the radar lo-fi

    Movies:

You mean theater? -- Oedipus at Colonnus and countless others that didn't survive into modernity.

    Television:

    the O.C.

    Books:

Applicants for wisdom, do what I have done: inquire within.

    Heroes:

Thales -- around 550 B.C.E. he predicted the eclipse of the sun, thus beginning what we now call philosophy.
