Come to BAO 205 32nd Street, M-F 9-5.Counseling- Licensed Professional Counselor - individual, partner, family. Transportation- to medical and mental health appointments Food- food box once a month to those who qualify under federal guidelines. Case Management - Licensed Social Workers. Medication payment- see social worker. Medical items - eyeglasses, canes, walkers, etc. GED classes - every Tuesday. Art Classes- see social worker for details. Nutritional Supplements - Personal Care Items - toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. Food Vouchers - to purchase fresh veg. and milk. Support Groups - HIV+ groups, call for details Brother to Brother - HIV+ Men who sex with Men program. SIS - Support group for HIV+ women. On-going informational lectures - see agency for schedule. Friends and Family Night - 2nd Tuesday of every month, 6pm-8pm at BAO, play games, door prizes, dinner -- everyone welcome.
