About Me

WOW! What a year it has been! First, I'm sorry to all who emailed me - I have 158 pages of email - not sure I can get to them all. I'm now a full time personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I teach 23 classes a week and participate in all of them (Spin, BodyPump, Step, Conditioning/MuscleWorks) and I have around 30 clients. My days begin at 3:15am and often go until 10pm so there's not a lot of computer time. Oh and after six years of "marriage" I'm single again and about to be unleashed :) that is just as soon as I can move back into my condo. I've missed you all!!!!!!!

*sigh* Thanks to my Mother's scumbag husband she's in financial dire straights. So, like the good son I am, I'm giving her my condo and moving back in with my other half. It's not something I want to ...
