About Me

HiThanks for looking at my site here on My Space - something of an international internet love-in for musicians and music lovers alike. Assuming, of course, you like what you hear.I've been playing for quite a few years and have just independently released a new CD - Shadow On The Hill - you can hear a few songs from it on this site. If you like what you hear or see you can read more about me, or read my monthly blog of news and thoughts at my other site, www.adamnorsworthy.co.uk It's not Proust, I admit, but it is only a click away.I love music of all types, but there is something about the sound of a guitar that strikes a chord (no pun intended) with me. I grew up listening to the Beatles, and that love of a good melody has never left me. I've always tried to combine those two loves - guitar music and a good tune. Throw in some typical 'unrequited-misunderstood-lost my keys-bad hair day-love' angst and you have pretty much nailed what my music is about. If you love Neil Young, Bob Dylan and Bruce Sprinsgteen and that kind of thing, then you may like my music. If you don't like those acts then I suggest you get a new pair of ears.I also sing and play guitar with a blues band called the Mustangs. Read more about them at www.themustangs.co.uk we have a new album called Split Decision. It's really good. Honest. Thanks for reading, come and see me play and sing sometime soon. If you say you heard about me from MySpace, I'll even buy you a drink.See ya!Adam

MOVE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDI have had the good fortune to meet one or two musicians I idolised as I was growing up. Well, I say 'good' fortune advisedly as I have realised it's actually quite a dubious ...

BILLY TAKES THE BISCUIT

It had been a good lesson - Billy had been attentive, had clearly done some practise and was enjoying our bash through some old Elvis songs. To cap it all off, his mom Wendy brought us a nice cup of t...
