Session Drummer/Artist Management

About Me

At only a few months old, Paul Fairley was holding the sticks that would begin to shape his life long musical journey. Being the son of a famous UK rock drummer Billy Fairley, had Paul developing his rhythm at a very early age. Billy Fairley has played in the 'Irish Rovers', rock group 'Merlin' and folk rock band 'String Driven Thing', who before breaking up rose to number 15 on the British charts. Billy had played a number of large tours across Europe with bands such as Genesis, Super Tramp and eventually supported the Rolling Stones in Glasgow at 'The Greens Playhouse' in the early 70's.
After playing in a number of Ontario rock groups, Paul's music career officially began when he joined Toronto based group "Undone". The band had toured together for about four years sharing stages with acts such as Jersey, Swollen Members, and Three Days Grace to name a few. The band released three EP's and landed them selves a sponsorship with Budweiser's 'True Music' along with radio airplay across Canada. Unfortunately, after New Years '05, the band moved on to pursue different projects.
To further educate himself of the entertainment industry, Paul attended the 'Harris Institute for the arts' under the Recording Arts Management program, graduating with honors in November 2005. Following that he spent 9 months in Glasgow UK, attending a scholarship in 'Commercial Music' at the University of Paisley, graduating in 2007.
