TOOK MY OLD LAYOUT DOWN!!! NEW LAYOUT AND B/G COMING WITHIN THE NEXT DAY OR 2!!!My names kenny, everyone has called me KG since junior high or highschool, maybe even before, and it just kinda stuck, so I used that name for my original tunes. Ill never forget the time I got hooked on metal, I was probably 11 or younger, sitting in my bros car while he was coaching cornbelt (little league football) and he had pantera - vulgar diaply of power on a tape and biohazard on the other side. A new level was the coolest thing I ever heard. My mom got me hooked on white zombie, when she picked me up from school she always had la sexoristico devil music vol.1 blaring. Started playin the guit-fiddle at age 12 or a little after, got my first AWESOME hollow body AXE (sarcastic) from my bro vic (rope on friend list) because I would always want to go to his house and play his bass. After that it was ON! Proved to my mom I was serious and she got me my first dime (dimebolt) axe when I was 15-16, been collecting guitars ever since. Started out like everyone first learning the opening riffs from iron man / smoke on the water. I went notes and crap from the book and learned oh when the saints go marching in haha then said FUCK that and went to tabs. Learned all the songs I WANTED to play and was playing some clutch/deftones/pantera/metallica/anthrax/rage against the machine etc... within no time. My ear got better and I eventually could learn songs by listening to them. Started writing heavy originals pretty young, I wish that I still had them in the archives...but they were long gone when our first computer got a virus. My bro had a minidisk of them, but unfortunately I think that is long gone as well. Got a new computer, wrote some less thrashy stuff and more groove metal/rock, and sure enough got another virus, but luckily I had sent some of them to my friend shitface and got them back. They are cool to listen to and reflect! I started writing what I think are my best songs about 2 years ago and created a myspace to share them with everyone. I like ALL genres besides emo and most punk. I think that music is the coolest thing ever, and am very thankfull for the gift I was given. Recently our friends, we all unfortunately lost a brother to the war, and the only person Ive ever lost close to me, coolest guy ever without a doubt, Randy Matheny.I still don’t get it and never will as much as I think about it everyday. Death is a wierd thing. It has a huge influence on my heavy original music. So RIP Randy Jay Matheny everything I do is for you brotha man I hope to make you proud, also RIP dimebag, mine and millions of others most influential guitar player, best EVER, hands down, to grace us with his music through a fretboard...Me and my brothers also now have a coverband together, called CRAZY HORSES (80s/90s/anything rock) , so if you are ever around Nebraska, hopefully you can catch a show!
