Got my first guitar for Christmas when I was 13 or 14 (a white Hondo with a pickup that looked like a bar of soap and a tiny Dean Markley amp with pathetic distortion). Just made noise, but man, I loved it!! Played with friends during the teenage years ---band practice was as much a party as practice most of the time, but it was fun. Started at MTSU and found out I could get credit for taking classical guitar lessons and fell in love with it 'cause it was such a challenge. Years later, I graduated with a music degree, but I never lost my love for playing and listening to heavy music (nothing quite like it!). For the past year and a half, I've been really focusing on writing and recording some of my tunes. Hope you dig the rough versions of some of 'em on this page! Just got a new 24 track to replace the old 8 track I used to record them and plan to have a completed CD within a year or so. So that's it, let me know what you think.
