BG Records is an Independent Record Label that is approaching its second year this coming April, 2008. Even though BG Records has only been formulated for a little less than two years, the people operating the label has several years of experience in the world of both business and music.
BG Records has gained a lot of traction in the last year. Artists that the label have worked with has opened up for Mega Bay Area artists such as Yukmouth, Keak Da Sneak, Wolfpac, Cellski, Andre Nikatina, San Quinn, Big Rich, The Team, Federation, Turf Talk, Frontline, Hoodstars, The Jacka, Dru Down, JDiggs, Mr. Fab etc. Artists that BG Records worked with also collaborated with Mega Bay Area Artists. They have made special appearances and performed in clubs like Blush, Whisper, Jelly's, etc. BG Records has networked/connected with Major Artists, Promotions Companies, Club Owners and Talent Agencies. The label has a lot to offer to the person with the right talent, attitude, and motivation.
The business team is extremely experienced in developing foundations for a company and taking the artist/company to a competitive level. The label is fully equipped with an online team, street team, and executives. Again, even though BG Records has been around for about 1 year, they didn't become players in the music industry with no tools. The CEO of the label is JG and is the main operator of the company.
BG Records offers artists in-house producers/beatmakers that has years of experience. The main producer of BG Records is TJ. With ten years of composing experience, you can assure that each production is perfected. With the capabilities of creating any genre of music from pop/r&b/upbeat/underground/rap/hyphy and everything in between, we can guarantee you that your album and/or songs will have a unique feel to it.
