About Me

Starrats play heavy street rockÂ´nÂ´roll with metal and punk influences. We have released 2 albums ("Broken Halo 2004" Adrenaline Records, and "RebelÃ¼tion" 2006 Perris Records). Besides that, we have appeared on three compilation albums ("Tribute To The Glory Of 80Â´ Metal" 2004 Adrenaline/Steelheart Records with a cover of Rainbows classic; Long Live Rock Â´N Roll, and "Hollywood Hairspray Vol. 6" 2006 Perris Records with "The Devil And I", and "Hollywood Hairspray Vol.7" 2007 Perris Records with "Psycho You". In the 5 years the band has existed, we have toured Germany & Holland + headlined lots of gigs in Scandinavia, as well as the legendary "Marquee Club" in London. The band also supported Alice Cooper, Skid Row, Freak Kitchen, Dokken, Magnum, Royal Hunt, and Mustasch + Co-headlined with Astral Doors, Communic, M.ill.ion, Bai Bang and Statetrooper. Original singer Nico left the band in march 07 to concentrate on his other bands Twinspirits, Crystal Eyes, and Artillery. The new singer is the swedish award-winning songwriter/ punk/sleaze/rocker Magnus ( Aztek Sun, EGOdrive). Starrats are currently working on their 3Â´rd album entitled "Screw the consequences". 2008 is looking out to be another great fucking year for Starrats including german, swedish, norwegian, and dutch tours, along with support gigs for Hardcore Superstar and Zodiac Mindwarp & The Love Reaction. Hop on board fellow-headbangers, and lets destroy the fuckinÂ´world!!!!...:-) ..
