In August 2004, Chris (DJ Red Alert), Ian (Darkside Flow) and Matt (MC Haatley) created West-End Productions; a Drum'n'Bass/urban music promotion company. To date, the crew has made an impact with Toronto's newest DNB hotspot at Apothecary (previously at The Session), Hamilton's premier Sunday night drum'n'bass weekly at Star Lounge, and a number of one offs including the 'Canadian Debut' series. Always encouraging fresh talent to rise to the forefront of the scene, West-End has delivered performances by cutting edge artists such as The Upbeats and Kiko while still providing apperances of the top international players such as Technical Itch, Ruffstuff, Fatman D, Eksman and Silver. With the current focus on strengthening their own local crew by teaming up with Toronto's finest, West-End is setting the stage to make 2006 their year.
