DJ SHANK

Coming from a massive passion for all music,(Mike)DJSHANK discovered Jungle/DnB in late 97, and instantly fell in love. Listening to a lot of Punk Rock before, the fast druming instantly captivated him. He begain to go to shows for the next year. He would come to meet a old friend who was an MC they hooked up and DJSHANK was born, picking up DJing in late 98. With no music experince at all, within a year he was already spinning and doing clubs and partys. With his style of Fast and smooth mixing playing Tech/Big Bass/Hip-hop/Ragga Jungle he was bound to smash the place. Later hooking up with DJA3 and DJ Kapulet and MC Jaffy they formed what is now Prolifik Productions. Since the drop of the label they have plyed alongside some of torontos best DJ's ,DJ SPINZ, Mystical Influence, DJ Dopey, Ben Sage etc. These boys show no sign of slowing down.
