I consider myself a third generation native to San Diego, even though I moved away to Breckenridge, Colorado for eight years as a child. After living in downtown San Diego with my husband, Milan, and our two Boxer dogs Zuke and Zia for five years, we have moved to Del Cerro. We are now very close to my mom and my sister, which is nice.Our family is extremely liberal, and I believe in treating others the way you want to be treated. I live in the here and now, and if something aggravates me, I get over it extremely fast, as I don't believe in hanging onto any sort of negativity. I completely appreciate life, and all the blessing I have. We are spiritual family, and not into any organized religions. It's important to me to teach Milan the beauty in nature and in our earth...respecting all of the creatures and the ecosystems of the earth.I work part time out of our home as a Gyrotonic® instructor, which is very similar to Pilates, but unlike Pilates, it is spiraling, organic movements that are continuous and rhythmic.I am also part of project MAHMA (MOMS AT HOME MAKING A DIFFERENCE), and an independent Shaklee Distributor. I love what Shaklee stands for, they have so much integrity, it makes me proud. Shaklee was the very first company to be climate neutral, and completely offset all of their co2 emissions by 100%! How impressive is that?Our family enjoys eating healthy, and I do my best to take care of the environment. I recently planted my first herb garden...so hopefully it grows plentifully!I've been involved in Internet Radio, had my own show on the web (we produced over 50 shows), sang in a few bands, did some acting here and there, some commercial modeling, and a long, long time ago I was once an exotic dancer.
