..Making this album truly changed my life. The emotion i put into this music was from the time I was diagnosed to accepting it, to fighting it, to winning the battle. You can achieve anything if you not only put your mind to it, but believe every thought that runs threw it.

Omebo is a cutting edge online magazine. Update Feb 10th 2008 Jan1st 2006 I had the biggest MS attack I have ever heard of. I collapsed and could not breath well, speak, stand, swallow, balance, walk, I had vertigo,. It was awful. I thought my life was over. Well, the life I was used to have was. The whole year was full of doctor's, speech patholgists, physical therapists and to be honest i did not get much better. I started LDN and that stopped the vicious MS attacks but the damage had been done. In Aug 07 after much research I went to Mexico for Adult Stem Cell Transplantation Therapy. It was a miracle. It was best thing I had ever done in my life. I was so afraid to leave the country, being told that we have the best medicine here. Over and over thats all I heard. Well, It is not true. I have the videotape to prove it. I left for Mexico in a wheel chair and came back in a week pushing it. All the symptoms I mentioned are much improved or gone. If you have any questions email me at: [email protected] allow me to tell you my story, Five years ago I was making my first album with Grammy winning Producer/Engineer Bob Rosa- the man responsible for advancing such artists as Madonna, N*SNYC, and Mariah Carey. As you can well imagine, as a singer songwriter, this was my dream come true. Shortly after recording had started I fell very ill, with terrible physical complications. For example, suddenly, my left eye had begun to lose sight, while I had gone completely blind in the other. I promise you I barely had enough strength to stand, and felt as if I was dying, slowly, as each hour passed. After many tests, my family and I finally found out the worst: I had Multiple Sclerosis. It is a lonely, terrifying, and frustrating journey you begin when you are told you have a disease, and that there is no cure for you. After the dust of my denial had settled, I came to fear that I would never work again. My producer gave of himself selflessly, like so many integral players, and stuck by me. He took a risk and invited me back to Miami to continue recording. His wife Gerri even surprised me with a ticket back. As time went on many other producers offered to help me complete this dream album like Jimmy Greco (Celion Dion, Jennifer Lopez,Santana) Rudy Hausermann(David foster,Rob Zombi) Mark Wilson(Will Smith)Jason Fioto(MTV's Laguna Beach). I felt so blessed that I wanted to help my community; the countless people suffering alongside with me whom want so desperately to help, but don't have a face the public can see, or a name the public knows, or an opportunity to contribute wholeheartedly to finding a cure. I felt called to become a contributor to the Montel Williams MS Foundation and now donate 15% of my net earnings, while the rest largely goes to the expenses of the album. By the grace of his heart, Montel had me on his show in June. Since then, I have received so many messages from fans filled with faith, love, and appreciation for what myself, Montel, and so many wonderful souls are trying to do. It would truthfully only take reading one of these messages I have received from frightened, yet inspired people with MS across the world, for anyone to understand what I have begun to do with my life. Over the past year I have cried tears of gratitude for what a miracle it is, that through faith and research, my sight has returned perfectly, and my project, a life-long mission, was somehow able to be completed. There are older generations ahead of me whom are afflicted with MS that cannot do what I can because the disease modifying drugs are brand new and are far too expensive, elusive, or simply not available to the general public for distribution. These can only be made available through the pooling of research money. However, our plight is that these drugs are not a cure, they are only a treatment. MS is largely neglected, poorly funded, and requires as many trumpets as possible to sound the clarion call. I have come to believe it to be my calling to help, and I truly need your help, so that I might help us. Please buy one of my songs for 99 cents at www.airgomusic.com. You can find me by clicking the Artist's button. I am on the bottem to the left. There is a direct link to the airgo music site above, under "band website".Sincerley,Paul Nicholas

| View Show | Create Your Own"LIVING THE DREAM" REALITY SHOWHanging with friends:Telling them what I went through getting the stem cells:Living The Dream ************************************************************ ***************** is about a talented singer, who on the brink of success was struck down hard with MS in his twenties. It’s a reality show about a determined young man who had the strength and courage to travel to Mexico for stem cell transplantation therapy.A mini DV camera was brought along for the ride, right into the OR filming everything from testimonials to removing the bone marrow from his shin. Nothing unethical. Nothing controversial. Doctors harvested his own cells from his own bone marrow, multiplied them and then reintroduced them into his body. This treatment regenerates cells, making the recipient ten years younger, genetically. This is a series that will amuse and entertain yet shock and educate you. A program that will break your heart yet inspire you every step of his difficult way. This is the true story of Paul Nicholas.PAUL NICHOLAS Paul grew up in a small town in upstate New York called Hopewell Junction. In and out of New York City, auditions were always a big part of his life. A singer and songwriter, his first big break came in 1998 with Sony Music in a boy-band project called Boyztown. It was then that he learned the ins and outs of the music business. But it was at the age of 29, (on his birthday no less), while in Miami for his first ever solo recording project, that Paul didn’t feel right. Before long his vision diminished until he was totally blind in his right eye and weakness and pain started in his left. After many tests he found out the worst, he had MS and there was nothing anyone could do about it. (Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune neurological disease that is incurable. The T-cells attack the myelin sheath nerve covering. When the covering is destroyed signals coming from the brain are interrupted and the result is disability for many.) Shortly after flying back to New York, he regained his stamina. Not knowing what his future would hold he decided the best thing to do would be to finish the album he started in Miami. So he flew back. And he was right. It changed his life. After finishing the recording, he sent a copy to Montel Williams (who battles the disease himself), which led to a formal interview. Montel was so impressed with Paul’s courage he wanted him to share his story on his show so that other MS sufferers around the world could witness his drive and determination. Once the show aired Paul became an activist overnight and has been doing important work across the U.S. ever since. He was guest speaker at The MS Kids Connection in Cincinnati. He spoke and performed at The MS Foundation’s “Cruise for a Cause” in Mexico (along with Actress Terri Garr). He’s also done numerous radio interviews and e-news letters. From Sammy in Australia to Kortney in Wyoming to Glenn in NY and Donna in Florida, Paul’s presence has grown strong among the MS community and has encouraged him to create his own non-profit organization: The Paul Nicholas MS Foundation. Unfortunately, the disease struck him hard again on January 1, 2006 and he found that he couldn’t swallow, breath, stand, balance, walk or sing. The following year was full of demanding physical therapy, voice coaching and speech pathologists. But the huge turn around is that just recently, Paul had stem cell transplantation in Mexico and it’s all been filmed. Yes, he still has MS and yes, the simplest daily tasks that we all take for granted are still a huge struggle for Paul but he’s feeling better physically, intellectually and emotionally. Paul wants his life back.THE SHOW Join Paul Nicholas as he fights the challenge of a lifetime. But don’t think this will be all gloom and doom. First and foremost, this is a show about “life”.There is a balance of work, play, laughter and well being in Paul’s life. On any given day he may juggle a singing lesson with physical therapy and then drop by and say hello to a friend backstage who’s starring in a Broadway show and then have dinner with a record producer. But there is fire in Paul. And he has some serious questions to ask and people to confront in regard to the way he was treated before and during his diagnosis. And one of the most challenging obstacles with his diagnosis is the cost, for he has no health insurance and funds are very limited. His mom sacrificed her nest egg and sold her brand new dream home to be able to afford and take care of Paul. The two of them now live in a rented townhouse but she hopes to begin rebuilding a new home this summer. Paul’s entire family believes in their mother when she says, “It’s ok. We’ll get it all back again.” We will get to know Paul’s incredible life - full of loving family members and friends - and witness their passion, compassion and sense of humor. Behind this extraordinary story is the world of Paul’s amazing friends. What bonds all of them is their love of life and infinite ability to embrace challenge. And collectively, what keeps them going is their desire to see Paul happy and strong.Travel with Paul along his unique and challenging journey as he learns that it’s not what you have it’s how you deal with it.THE CASTPAUL: Paul has seen it all. He can be as shallow and unconcerned as a cup of coffee or as deep and serious as current events. Always finding the fun and positive way to handle everything. Watch his unique way of living through the most intense situations or just ordering his simple ice, grande, decaf, non-fat with whip, extra ice, triple shot caramel macchiato at Starbucks. Paul Nicholas:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGdb529DevI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9458gGb7huALUCY: Paul’s mother. A charismatic career woman in the medical field who left the work force to care for, encourage and enable Paul to regain his strength back. Whether it is spoon feeding him when he can’t swallow or helping him in and out of the car, she is committed to his recovery and well being. She is there for him, through thick and through thin, even when doctors shrug their shoulders and lose faith.JULIAN: Paul’s physical therapist and Playgirl man of the year 2007. Paul’s latest struggle now is to regain normal walking ability, which is battled every time he sees his physical therapist, Julian. But Julian isn’t just your average physical therapist. He’s not only graced the cover of dozens of men’s exercise magazines but he’s also just been voted Playgirl’s man of the year. Julian is a household name now, with controversy brewing daily over his daytime job as teacher of physical therapy to children in New York City schools and moonlighting as God’s gift to men, women and…more women – in the buff.Julian:..JASON: Paul’s best friend. He’s a cool, laidback guy who happens to be a top male model seen on runways around the world and featured in ads on billboards, buses and in subways for Kenneth Cole, Dell computers and Perry Ellis. But deep down he wants the simple things in life. A good cup of tea and maybe a nice view but sometimes he has to fly all the way to Milan to see it. Going overseas with $15 in his pocket he knows how to work the system. In an industry that is cut throat and short-lived, he has a very passive, non-competitive way about him that keeps him ahead of the game as a male model. But growing tired of this lifestyle he is now struggling to create a career in real estate. Jason Platt:KARMINE: A devoted and talented friend starring in the Broadway show RENT as Mimi, who is focusing on the launch of her debut solo album. But it’s hard for her to juggle her careers as an actress and a music star with being a newlywed. The best things in life are free but she pays for them through her sacrifice and frustration. The show must go on so that's what she does with a smile. Will she drop it all for a family or will she stay on board the fast paced treadmill of being a celebrity?FOSTER: Currently acting on the soap opera All My Children, Foster is the son of a preacher man – literally – and a great source of Paul’s spiritual grounding. But Foster’s morals create interpersonal conflicts stemming from his faith and the industry he has to work within. Contemplating leaving New York City, should he move to LA or not? Should he go out on the town and party or go home early and get a good night’s sleep? He is the faith raised country kid in the big city. Will he stay strong or will he succumb to temptation?Foster:STACY: An actress, singer, dancer - Stacy is a renaissance woman who can and does do everything. Sometimes acting as her own manager, in her world, she is the glue that holds everything together. She is the Hollywood go getter that doesn't let anything stand in her way but managing careers both in New York City and in Los Angles are taking a toll on her. Being bi-coastal, enjoying a busy social life, doing voice-overs, acting, singing and dancing is enough to make even the energizer bunny rundown. Will she keep it together?ARI GOLD: Paul’s friend and extraordinary recording artist, Ari is a gay icon hungry for success in the mainstream "straight" world. This homofessional gaylebrity will stop at nothing to break down the boundaries in society while also looking for love. Will he find what he's searching for? His music video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zD97nvVSWLwDR. CHARLES: His Japanese doctor using eastern medicine who’s the first to bring back warmth and circulation to Paul’s legs. In reaction to the brilliant outcome, he says in his dry, broken English, “Sometime you get lucky.LOUISE: Paul’s older sister who is loving and supportive yet there is an unpredictable side to her. She’d be willing to give you the shirt off of her back but beware…in a moments notice she could set that shirt on fire.PETER: Close to Paul is his older brother, Peter. He’s trendy, handsome and a capitalistic - Trump like - businessman who owns and manages a very successful wine bar/restaurant in ManhattanJOE(left): The youngest brother Joe is a George Clooney playboy type still figuring out life.
