Namaste :) I read in a book "Do not waste the precious moments of this, your present reality, seeking to unveil all of life's secrets. Those secrets are secret for a reason. Grant your God the benefit of the doubt. Use your NOW MOMENT for the Highest Purpose-the creation and the expression of Who You Really Are. Decide Who You Are--Who you want to be--and then do everything in your power to be that... In that said I have been many things and done many things in life with out being able to decide WHO I AM? But that was before part of the past, NOW I AM ONE with everything since we are truly all one and nothing else. Now my chief concern is growing my inner spirit. I'm on a journey, Currently I'm learning yoga in order to become a certified yoga instructor. I only eat raw foods it was very difficult for me to transition to a raw foods only, due to many deep emotional issues that were the cause of my eating habits until I detoxed all my emotional garbage was I able to go 100% Raw. Meditation has given me my life back and for that I'm truly grateful to have found Osho, I've been mostly meditating on my own until I attend a Heart Meditation by Astrid Brinck www.astridbrinck.blogspot.com that I truly felt my heart and that of my fellow friends to my core.
