About Me

YOU DON'T NEED TO TAKE LIFE TO SUSTAIN YOURSWhy Raw?The practice of eating whole, raw foods is practiced by all species on the planet, except for man and domesticated animals. Left to their own natural instincts, animals in the wild do not suffer from the kinds of degenerative diseases that humans eating a diet of cooked, processed foods do. Americans, who are the world leaders in cancer, heart disease, arthritis, obesity, high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, mortality rates, miscarriages and birth deformities, eat more meat, more protein, and more cooked fat than any other nation.Dr. Kollath of the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm found that when he put animals on a diet of cooked and processed foods similar to the regular Western diet, they began to age more quickly. They also developed chronic degenerative disease processes at an earlier age. The animals’ degenerative diseases resembled the very human diseases common in the Western industrialized world, such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, constipation, obesity, et cetera (farmers have long known that if you give raw potatoes to hogs they will not gain weight, but if you give them cooked potatoes they will gain weight). Those animals raised on raw foods did not suffer from these problems. The good news was that the poor health of the animals eating cooked food could be reversed. It couldn’t be done with megadoses of vitamin or mineral supplementation, however. The only thing that worked to reverse the aging process and bring the animals back to a normal state of health was to give them raw foods. In addition to the abundant vitamins and minerals in raw food, Dr. Kollath cited the high concentration of enzymes as the most powerful healing factor of the diet. What is Fruitarian The fruitarian diet consists of RAW fruit and seeds ONLY!Examples of fruits are: Pineapple, mango, banana, avocado, apple, melon, orange, etc., all kinds of berries, and the vegetable fruits such as tomato, cucumber, olives; and dried fruits such as nuts, hazelnuts, cashews, chestnuts, etc.. And seeds including sprouted seeds.Of all food stuff that human beings can eat, fruit is the most delicious, has the most pleasurable smell and the most beautiful shape with so many lively colors. Its attractive aroma, its appetizing and refreshing juice and its nutritive contents (vitamins, enzymes, minerals, fiber, water, proteins, etc.) make it one of the BEST foods a human being can eat. Fruit is a TOTAL food stuff, it has everything you need to nourish yourself in the right proportions. Fruit, can be stored at room temperature, does not need refrigerator or stove and long periods of time to be prepared, does not badly dirt dishes…Fruit is a LIVE food !!!! Fruit, has "the power and magic of life"… Fruit nutrition is a very simple concept… eat and live :)

My Interests

4 | | | All the recipies that include dehydration, freezing, and other rather unatural processes are mainly there to spice things up on occasion or help in times of weakness, but overall I would recomend eating all foods as they come naturally. Just judging by the way foods make you feel, you will find eating mono-fruit or only vegetable dishes give you the greatest sense of euphoria. | | | 3
