About Me

Thanks to the re-surgence of guitar music and the demise of so many great dance acts that ruled the charts back when you didn't have to have a frog fronting you, Sonic-Hub have come to fill the void that is the missing link between dance and rock. With kicking beats that don't necessarily mean you need to dance and furious guitars that carry all too memorable hooks, Sonic-Hub have created a fine balance of Pop sensability with an edge that is so sharp, it's dangerous. There's vocal appearances by the likes of Martin Fry from ABC, Angie Brown (Bizzare Inc, Chaka Kahn, Fatboy Slim & the Rolling Stones) and Charlotte Hodson of Basement Jaxx....not to mention new faces like Faye Smith and Scarlett Wilde.Nothing comes close to the unique sound of Sonic-Hub, something that suits the label down to the ground...Sometimes, you just have to do what needs to be done - and right now the music scene needs a kick in the face...what happened to progress? What happened to music that challenges your perceptions? Why the overspill of bands that sound like they came from the 70's prog-rock era? Aren't you all bored with coffee-table rock yet?
