Shrizz Mac-Around 11:57 p.m.; June 23rd, 1987's... When they said "a star entered tha room"... Ever since the 1st moment, that my head peeked outta tha womb... My destiny wasnt hard to assume... Raised by a single mother, in the rugged streets of Harrisburg, PA... Shrizz, the 20 year-old MC, had one dream and one dream only... To get his home town "Harrisburg, PA; aka "Star City"; aka "Hustleburg, Pistolvania" on the map...Raised on the "Southside" of the city, Shrizz's southern rap style brings you a taste of Harrisburg's southern hospitality; but still with an up north twist. "I was raised out the South Parks, right out there on Naudain... My pockets stick out, like the hunchback of Notre Dame..." Growing up from a 80's baby, Shrizz was raised off of the hot breaking sounds of Rap pioneers... Such as LL Cool J, Run-DMC, Slick Rick, and many more of the great legends that revolutionized tha game of Hip-Hop like no other...At tha age 4, Shrizz started to get in-tune with his musical side... After, one day... While playing with a record player, he grabbed the ability to scratch on a turntable... Shrizz would Dj for friends of the family to Rob Bass's "It Takes Two". At the age of 10, his stepfather who had raised him since birth died in their home. It created a major problem within tha household for the at the time 10-year old MC. Standing at only about 4'5", Shrizz had to step up to the plate and play the man of the house at an early age. Talk about on being on your grown man... Shrizz was forced to take that major step in life, for the fact his biological father was never really a part of his life. Also at the age 10, Shrizz started to record freestyle verses over blank cassette tapes through a stereo box with a mic attached to it. Rapping over beats such as "Make Em Say Uhh", by the hot at the time "No Limit Records"... Making it not hard to catch the beat, as the MC got older. Entering his teenage years, Shrizz had gained street credibility... Through his word slanging voicemail messages... "Every time someone would call, they would here me spit whether they liked Hip-Hop/Rap or not"... After, going through a various number of local rap groups; the young MC new that his only way to overcome all the set backs in his life was to step up the grind even harder.Now at the age 20, with a lil' more knowledge, a lil' more bass in his tone... Shrizz feels as if now, is the time more than ever to bring the rap industry "The Life Of An SPG". Currently rapping with his long time crew; DJ M. Dot Scoop 32, Intra-mental, & RSC/Hitman... Shrizz feels ready more than ever to take over the Hip-Hop/Rap industry... Previously, a college student studying the fields of Marketing/Management... Shrizz has also been playing the business man role... Writing commercial concepts and sketches for his affiliation with the clicks "DIE SLOW" and "FRAMEWORK" Clothing Collection lines... Both, clothing offers a bit of everything... All wrapped up with a sense of Hip-Hop/Rap, and a tad bit of an abstract touch of flavor. Now, with the whole "Star City" on his back, the young Hip-Hop/Rap star; Shrizz feels as if he has to do what ever it takes to get his city "The Burg" on the map... "I've been molding my city's ground, alota these niggaz just holding it down"...
