well, anywho let me introduce myself i'm Diamond Brown aka B.B that's short for Boss Brown and I'm a RAPPER! i don't think i'm famous.i don't think im the shit!..i love the fact of my whole existence.i thank god i'am here!and to be able to share a piece of my world wit yours!..i grew up on music,like i grew up on horror movies,i have many influences old & new.rap has been my thing since i was 7 i wrote my first word for word rhyme when i was that age.i always used to write,it helped me through the hard time's i was facing cos the world thought i was different.i had a few real ass people on my team who stood by me and my choice for a good gwop and then i moved from indianapolis to california so i had to start all over.
In 2000 i took a break from my music and lyrics just so i can get my thoughts together,and the whole fact of being in a new environment and new people just made things a lil slow for me.a few months later i got back on my shit and decided to make a demo of just 5 tracks going all out at 13 to prove to people how serious i was...myspace was sorta my feed back resource for when someone wanted to commentate on my music.of course i got bad and good 20% was bad and the rest was good!hahah that's all i was wanting is some notice from someone weather it was a talent scout or anyone wit headphones and a cd player.as long as i can say my shit got heard!
Then in 2001 i decided to take matters into my own hands and i began work on a mixtape cd.my single " my time" would end up being my first single.since that time i have been busy staying up on top of my game cos i want people to know my name,not just who or what i'am.i've come along way for someone like me.i'm 19 now and much older and wiser from when i actually started music.i'm trying to live the million dollar dream,and i want all my moneys worth!i want people to notice that talent is a gift from god and not something you can buy.i plan to work hard over the next few months.i wanna drop my mixtape sometime early next year!be looking out for that.
in 2003 i started modeling to promote my image,just so everyone could see what i was working with.i got alot of attention when i posted them on myspace as well as very many other sites and still till this day.i was really blessed when i was voted one of myspace's hottest faces as well as a internet favorite.when i was younger i'd always tell myself that i was going to make it,no if or buts!i had no choice cos i made a promise to myself as well as others surrounding me.i couldn't stop at just one thing especially with all this talent built up in me.my mother always said "the sky is the limit,if shouldn't even be in your vocabulary..if you know you can and your determined to prove you can..why if?"...i took that and ran with it!
So in 2005 we moved back to indianapolis cos i wanted to start from scratch,i wasn't ready for cali even though i actually was.i felt i needed to be where i got supported the most so i called up my homies and we started talking up ideas about my music career and different ways to do shit.my nigga pea who's always been down wit me since day one thought it would be a good idea to make a mixtape album and just go nuts with it!...i was like word?..he was like word!lol...so i said fuck it and here i'am now,two years later working on my mixtape album.
i'm constantly asked what do i wanna accomplish out of this whole career making move in music.& it's simple i don't wanna be judged by what people claim they know about me cos they figure the same group of people are alike.stereotypes,it ain't cool,cos truth be told you don't know me!..i want people to see me for what i'am,a hard working human being who adores making music & living life to the absolute fullest!...hater's come and go but this rock ain't easy to break!
to the people who support me for what i do and love me for what i do i got nothing but the up most respect and appreciation for you.but it aint ova...im at the top of my game,and im standing tall!..bold! & wise!if you wanna step into my world,it's a risk worth taking but if not?...then step aside and move out the way!.....
