Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, 3 Fingaz grew up in the hoods of Oak Cliff. After dropping out of high school, Fingaz started grinding in the streets and selling narcotics.An unpredictable life of crime would eventually not only gain him the alias Kilo, but also get him shot and landed him in the Texas prison system for 6 years.Aware of the maturation he attained while locked up, 3 Fingaz is thankful for the business knowledge he gained (while getting his GED) that would help him start his own record label, Silenced Mindz Entertainment.Just like the original 3 Fingaz (an old mob gangster who once had 2 of his fingers cut off and always walked around with money in his hand) rapper 3 Fingaz was able to emerge from the gritty dark cells of prison and continue his tenacious mission to make money.Hard work and daily grinding has paid off in the form of the single Take You There .
