Influences: My influences are wide ranging through nearly all music genres. In particular, i was raised listening to all forms of Jazz including the greats like Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Oscar Peterson, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Sonny Rollins and Ray Brown to name a few.Other more modern musicians i would say are of influence would be the mighty Steve Gadd, Richard Tee, Eric Gale, Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder, Sergio Mendes, Micheal Brecker, Joe Sample, Eddie Daniels, Lee Ritenour and a host of others that have recorded at some time on Dave Grusin's - GRP label.In other genres i of course love hearing as much D&B/Dance music as possible and can recall being very much influenced by the Good Looking Record camp from about 95' onwards. There are possibly too many artists to mention in the D&B field right now and all i can say is that i am inspired by the vast amount of new tracks i hear from artists, its great to see this music form devloping on such a massive global scale!I am also a big fan of House music, in particular the Freerange Record camp - covering artists such as Audio Montage/Jimpster, The Bays, Sur-I-Kan, Trevor Loveys, Square One, Milton Jackson & Palm Skin Productions.......
