THE SECRET'S PLAYLIST
The Secret Internet Radio provides cutting edge music combined with some of music's greatest hits from many genres and time frames. Old School and New School, The Secret has many different flavas for your enjoyment, so tune in and chill out to a collage of great music.
Growing up, radio was entertaining and the DJ's were real idols. Today's corporate and programmed stations has limited the job of the DJ. The Secret Internet Radio is an attempt to bring back the entertainment of radio and not the same ol', same ol' that everyone is accustomed to.
The FCC censors a lot of what goes on the air. Internet and satellite radio is a way of escaping this. The Secret believes in free speech and nothing is censored. We keeps it real here at The Secret.
Music nowadays is segregated, unlike yesterdays music. Music is a way to bring all people together and that is the goal here at The Secret Internet Radio, to heal wounds by uniting instead of dividing. The Secret is all about bringing everyone together for one common cause and that is unity.
Many albums and artists are gracing the homepage of The Secret Internet Radio and for good reason. Not only are these artists having their tracks played here, but have dropped stellar and critically acclaimed releases. I personally like to share these images to let people know what they are because some don't know. I search for the original album covers, but some are out of print and are available either on compilations or greatest hits due to the convergeance of analog to digital. Another reason why they are posted is out of respect. The Secret doesn't want anyone to be forgotten, so they are immortalized here on The Secret.
Like a gallery, The Secret won't be a secret for long. Not with the appearances of some of music's greatest soundscapes ever. Versatility is what The Secret thrives on. For example, it sounds incredibly dope to hear a Snoop Dogg track and go into Syl Johnson next. Time boundary is not an issue here, it just about music, from one generation to the next. United Front is prevalent on The Secret.
By now, if you still don't know what's up, I can't do nuttin' else fo' ya. It is what it is and it's The Secret. A different approach to showcasing a grand mixture of artists and genres. The Secret is also a spot to showcase new talent as well, including mixes from DJ's worldwide. After being heard here, it won't be a secret for long.
Feel free to drop a comment in the COMMENT BOX below or click on to the FEEDBACK blog above. This allows for me to know exactly how you are and what you're thinking. Until then, chill out to The Secret.

Even though I like sitcoms, I like more informational television like Behind The Music or any type of program like that which gives background information that most of the public wouldn't know. I always have to catch NBA whenever it comes on. I mostly watch UPN, CBS, VH-1, AMC or MTV2. Every now and then, BET, depending on what's on. Usually the TV is on mute while I'm listening to music.
The Autobiography of Malcolm X by Alex Haley, Thieves Paradise, Master Of The Game by Sidney Sheldon, Waiting To Exhale and Disappearing Acts by Terry McMillian.
My Grandmama and Mama are personal heroes. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., El-Hajj Malik Shabazz, Marcus Garvey are racial heroes who stood up and challenged a corrupt society and got their point across intelligently. Music legends like Duke Ellington, John Coltrane, James Brown, Jimi Hendrix and Sly Stone for creating their own music, not conforming to whatelse was going on and still getting it off. To the local legends on the radio who I grew up listening to and had a chance to meet and got my props from them. The 1970's era of WVKO in Columbus, OH: Les Brown, The late Kirk Bishop, Happy Mel Griffin, Frank Kelly, K.C. Jones, Andrea Bailey and the many other DJ's I grew up listening to and wanted to follow in their footsteps to the Mix DJ's like Grandmaster Flash, who introduced me in the art of mixing, Marley Marl, whose radio mixing style felt comfortable with me and others like Ca$h Money, Pete Rock, DJ Aladdin, DJ Premier, DJ Yella, Mr. Mixx, Scratch on Galaxy, Egyptian Lover, Cleveland's Cochise, Local Mix DJ's: Top Notch, DJ Wiz (Tony), DJ Icy J, Kid Magic, Pony Fresh & DJ Caz (4 Ultimate DJ's), Chapter 1, DJ Phazo, Kevin (all three Gordon, Towns and Odom), Party Marty, DJ Club Dragon, Glen Bush and all of my CTNT fam because we made history and noise by being the first to represent Hip-Hop here in Columbus. And to my many loyal listeners who appreciated my style and approach to being a DJ. Many of you saw the big picture and figured out my approach to music. Seeing is believing. Thanks to everyone for being a part of this.
