CHOICE,The Chosen One. Everybodys Favorite. That kind of feedback is why Choice adopted his stage name. Born in the heart of the ghetto in Kingston, Jamaica, Choices upbringing has encouraged his artistic and innovative side. He views rap music as healthy and therapeutic. Instead of giving in to and acting out on the anger and pain that he feels, he pours his energies into his lyrics. He has been influenced by several styles of music but admits to leaning more towards artists who speak their minds and express themselves, not caring about societys expectations. In particular, he admires ground-breaking artists such as Tupac Shakur, Bob Marley, Lauryn Hill, and Madonna. I speak what I feel, so that people feel what I speak. Choice understands the importance of writing hit songs and staying true to yourself at the same time. He is a perfectionist and he is constantly working on his craft, because he knows his best is yet to come.Even though he only began rapping in 1999, his career to date is impressive.
