Remembering To Be Thankful!

About Me

I'm a very spiritual woman. I live with my two incredible animals - Precious (a 13 year old shepherd mix), and Shadow (an 8 1/2 year old Timberwolf/Silverwolf - yes really). I've always loved music; started playing piano at age 5, drums at age 9. I love to write music, poetry and spend time with my friends. I am proud to be a Life-Long Member of the Farmersville Blues Society. I love being outdoors. My favorite places are the ocean, waterfalls and snow covered mountain tops. I love to go out and experience live music -- it is my drug of choice. I am the most blessed person that I know when it comes to family and friends. I am very thankful for all of my gifts and blessings. ****************************************************** ************************************************************ ** I am the Dallas/Austin Editor and Music Critic for Alternative World Fanzine, a great publication from a legend in the business. That site is www.alternativeworldfanzine.com If you're a music journalist or a musical performer in Texas please contact me about possible articles and reviews. ************************************************************ ************************************************************

My Interests

I love live music (especially blues), dancing, motorcycle riding, camping, fishing, reading and hanging out with friends. I love to write - music, poetry, short stories, blues reviews and philosophical meanderings. I study my Bible, astrology and philosophy. I love to hang out with "my blues crew" and play dominoes. I can spend hours playing cribbage with my Dad.

I'd like to meet:

A man who is strong enough to love from the depths of his soul and open enough to be loved from the depths of mine. But since that is just my fantasy . . .I'd like to meet more people who are interested in going out to hear live music and hopefully love to dance. I'd also like to meet spiritual friends who love to send out good energy and dwell on the positives in life. Then there's always Jimi Hendrix (who I'm sure I'll meet someday), the band Train, and all the great musicians and music lovers I've yet to meet. ***********************************************************

Music:

My soul is made of music - it flows through me like a cool breeze and sometimes like molten lava! My favorite is LIVE MUSIC! I love blues, rock, funk, soul, reggae, and some metal.
