Take Over TV is a critically acclaimed Houston Access TV show, which was started in 2002. In 2003, The Houston Press rated DEZ and Big Strilla "Houston's Best Local Cable TV Personalities".
Since the shows inception celebrities such as Cee-lo Green, Scarface, Beyonce, Solange, Skateboard P, Jessie Jackson, Bun B and MC Lyte have made appearences on the show. Not to mention extensive coverage of current local rappers such as Paul Wall, Chamillionaire, Slim Thug, Mike Jones and Trae on their road to rap super stardom.
Also, those less nationally known but locally revered artist as they put in their bid for the next artist to blow. Artist such as Cory Mo, Devin the Dude (local legend... he falls in the grey area), Wonderus of the Plaboy Click, Deuce Yungins, Bobbie Fine, JMoe and The Man, The Smugglaz, Young Flow, Chris P, Danja Ray, MC Fatal, the GRiT Boys and the list goes on...
As a new year unfolds, Take Over TV, looks forward to reaching a wider audience as we increase or web presense and distribution.
