I love a good comedy (romance or not), an interesting psychological thriller is great too and a sci-fi with great visual effects. My all time favourite movie is St Elmo's Fire as it reminds me so well of that point in my life where I realised that being a grown-up was not the end of the world just the very next step.
I also love The Big Lebowski which I rented by default & laughed myself silly throughout!! It still brings laughter to my life.
I listen more than watch unless it is Lost, Battlestar Galactica, any Star Trek, either Stargate, Friends, My Name is Earl, ER, Who Wants to be a Millionaire?, Surface, Desperate Housewives, Big Brother, Fraiser, Deal or No Deal, Scrubs and Becker.

I love Stephen King's work, I'm addicted to Robert Rankin's hilarious slant on life, I enjoy a good mystery with a bit of murder thrown in and the occasional lawroom drama with John Grisham. I also like true stories & autobiographies, historical or just life experience.
