20th April - Another new Sweet Decline song and I must say the best yet! These boys show us this time a new side to their band and their influences. Pulling out a very 90's - Alice in Chains feel this track shows that these boys really are a force to be reckoned with! The song can be checked out by listeneing to our audio portfolio.
19th April - Just completed recording the awesome Metal Band from Swansea called "Final Score". This has some amazing beatdowns in it and will make you guys want to windmill like fuck. Make sure you learn where this is in the song so that you can go crazy at the bands local shows! You can hear this song in our audio sampler on their Myspace page. It was amazing fun working with these boys and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
18th April - Over the past few days we have been busy working on page designs for the newest Altsounds.com Mag"E"Zine which is going to be one hell of a bumper edition. Check out Altsounds.com and keep your eye out for the new Mag"E"Zine when it comes out - which should be very soon.

This art installation although only 45 seconds long took us 5 days to complete!! 11th April 2008 - We were lucky enough to have Nizlopi come in to the studio today for a live session. For those of you not aware of who these guys are they are a double bass playing, beatboxing acoustic duo that must be seen or heard to be fully appreciated. Don't just write these off as the dudes that did the JCB song that one Xmas. They are worth a lot more than that and are MUCH better than you would imagine them to be.
10th April 2008 - Just finished off the newest Altsounds.com A Day In The Life Of... Feature. It details a day in the life of Cage The Elephant who are an amazing up and coming band from the US. Screamadelica Studios was responsible for all the video and audio work, recording and production associated with this feature. To check out the feature CLICK HERE
7th April 2008 - I have just uploaded shit loads of tracks to the player for you all to check out. One is the new Day Before Mortality as mentioned below which is set as the newest as it was recorded last. I must just say that this song makes me want to pit every time I listen to it so I'm sure all you metal fans are gonna love this band. After that comes an absolute exclusive track from Cage The Elephant. This song is un-released and un-recorded by anyone other than Screamadelica. Keep your eyes out for these boys as they are currently doing some hi profile UK gigs (e.g. supporting Simple Plan on their upcoming tour). Next follows a brand new track from Mark J Maguire's debut album. This track is an amazing short ditty about how modern art is rubbish- and it is isn't it? Then we are lucky enough to get another exclusive which is a version of Clear The Way by Dawn Kinnard which was dueted with her by our very own Cerys Matthews! We are very proud to make this track available for all to hear and are aiming on trying to get this available as a free downlaod for everyone. We will keep you informed.
Much Love.
6th April 2008 - The Day Before Mortality recorded with us today for the first time. The band are remnants of A Sight Unseen with some new members and songs. The track is up on the sampler for you guys to check out so please let us know what you think. We personally LOVE the result of this track it's brutal, scary and melodic all at the same time. We really look forward to seeing what these boys have on offer over the coming months because it's bound to be amazing.
5th April 2008 - Just recorded a brand new track with The Drowners today called "Not a Love Song". We had a massive debate over a part in the song and me and the bass player ended up losing! Still a crackin track but trust me when I say you should have heard it how we wanted!! These boys are pulling out some manics sounds from the Holy Bible era. Keep your ears peeled here as we will have this song up for you guys to check out very soon.
4th April 2008 - Today we interviewed Dashboard COnfessional for an up and coming Altsounds.com video interview. We are currently planning on making this some kind of crazy silent movie interview but you never know what will happen. I uploaded a couple of Dashboard pics for you guys to check out too. One dressing room shot and one stage shot.
We also re-recorded vocals for a couple of tracks for Dead Against The Rest today. I personally really like what the new vocalist has done with the tracks. You guys can expect much better versions of both tracks to be online very soon.
2nd April 2008 - Two brand new tracks were recorded today for Mark J Maguire's debut album. One of which is an out and out rocker featuring Jason Tatton on drums, James Tredree on Guitar and Bass and Chris Maguire on Guitar and Backing Vocals and another very sombre acoustic number which is all about losing your childhood. I can't wait until Mark's debut album is finished. It has been such a fun journey.
1st April 2008 - Did anyone get an April Fools joke done to them today? I didn't and totally forgot all about it until Gav reminded me at 1pm! Just finished off the final cut of the Ben's Brother A Day In The Life feature which Relentless Records have licensed from us and will be using to help promote their new single "Stuttering".
Have also just mastered two tracks for First Among Equals which are winging their way back to the boys via the great Royal Mail and by the end of the day our Set Your Goals feature will be re-editted for use on the up and coming Set Your Goals 2007 Tour DVD. As they sat in Llandow. Ciao for now brown cow. LOL.

They are an amazing band so if you haven't already check them out!!
24th March - We have just wrapped up a new track for Sweet Decline which is sounding heavy as can be. Check out Mike's solo at the end some crazy sweep picking, dive bombing, beaning craziness that will impress everyone :D.
