Whistling Biscuits

Whistling Biscuits are an acoustic based 6-piece from Cardiff, fusing elements of Blues, Jazz, Rock, Folk, Soul, Country, and more. With a huge catalogue of original songs and their first EP 'Stealing Strangers' already under their belt, the Biscuits provide something for any music lover to sink their teeth into. Formed in February 2007, through a mutual love of genre spanning music and firm friendships through various musical entourages, Whistling Biscuits embarked on a mission to write and play whatever style of music they damn well liked. After 7 months of relentless jamming, writing, and rehearsing, they took to the stages of Cardiff, putting on their debut gig themselves and building enough fuss to bring in over 250 people for it. They soon built a fantastic reputation for their live performances, managing to get themselves on the bill for the Coal Exchange closing party, Cardiff's oldest live music venue, on merely their second gig. Since then, Whistling Biscuits have continued to build a fanbase, put on their own gigs, (including one in Cardiff's finest live music venue, The Point, and their own New Years party show), and have funded their first recording 'Stealing Strangers'.
