and it wasnt long before he was hooked.It didn't take long for Grayz to to get the hang of things. He found himself cutting up his ever growing collection of drum & bass & garage
at house partys & illegal raves, people started to realise he had talent.Grayz began to get bookings in local clubs & bars around the east coast area and was hosting his own shows on various pirate radio stations, making some valuable links in the scene locking down various residencys and started receiving promos & dubs from a number of producersIn 2004 Grayz was entered in to the first ever "Battle of the dj's", East Anglia, and after working his way through heats reached the finals and came first place out of over 50 djs, this was real good look and grayz's name elevated after various press write ups.Grayz started to co promote & promote a few nights in the area and found himself working with some of the biggest artists/mcs/djs in the grime and drum&bass scenes.in 2006 grayz started working alongside the urban collective musketears (MAXWELL D, BRATKID, 2NICE, TROOPER, GRAYZ, YOUNGER FLEX, RICKEY SLEWER, ROOTZ-Nekscout ent) as the crews grime/garage dj.Grayz is also part of drum & bass collective who'z nexxt
